Return Policy

At ev-mercado.com, we want to make every interaction with us as easy as possible, and that applies to our return policy as well. That's why we ask that you start recording a video of the product packaging when you receive our package from the courier, as a way of confirming the condition of the package when you get it (i.e. if it's damaged or not.) Of course, more pictures of the package as well as product pictures will make the process easier.

Return Policy：

  1. All products must be in new condition and returned in their original packaging.
  2. Returned items must not be installed, damaged or used in any way.
  3. Select customized items are not eligible for return.
  4. All products must be returned within 7 days of delivery date.
  5. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

All returned items will be thoroughly inspected prior to refund and may be subject to a damage charge depending on the condition of the product upon receipt.

It is important that you record a video or take photos when you receive the courier package to prove that the product packaging was damaged before you opened it, as these actions can get you compensation back from the courier company.

You must record a video of the complete process of opening the package after receiving the parcel, which includes: 1.Check that the packaging is intact and not damaged. 2. opening the package, 3. taking out the product from the package, and 4.confirming the condition of the product.

Return method: Send the product by post to the warehouse designated by customer service.

Refund processing time: Refund processing time is 5 working days after receiving the return

Exchange Policy:
We accept exchange requests within 3 days of express delivery.
Buyers are responsible for exchange shipping costs.
